About Me

I have been a professional photographer and digital artist since 1980, bringing stories to life through a distinctive artistic lens. My expertise in blending traditional photography with digital media earned one of my illustrations a feature in CNN’s online art gallery from 2006 to 2009, showcasing my ability to create compelling, memorable imagery.

Born and raised in Northeastern Ohio, I earned a degree in Secondary Education from Kent State University. My background as a high school football and Olympic-style sabre fencing coach has instilled in me a deep appreciation for discipline, precision, and capturing peak moments—skills that translate seamlessly into my artistic work.

As an avid equestrian and devoted animal lover, I specialize in capturing the power, elegance, and emotion of the natural world. Since moving to South Florida in 1994, I have provided striking, high-quality photography for horse shows and private barns, helping clients preserve cherished memories and showcase their horses in the best light. I also offer professional pet photography, creating beautiful portraits of dogs and cats that highlight their personality and spirit.
